Meta wanted to celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day with Kings County Tennis League in a way that felt genuine, not corporate. The budget was essentially zero. The ask was to make it matter anyway.

I led the full creative production: visual identity, narrative strategy, workshop facilitation design, and on-site execution at Meta's New York office. Every piece — from the signage to the program to how the space was organized — was built around making KCTL's youth feel like the main event. Because they were.

A room full of young women showed up expecting a typical function and left feeling seen. That's what good experiential design is supposed to do.

Outcome

Community activation at Meta HQ that delivered at campaign scale on zero budget

Robert built this event with zero budget but it delivered maximum impact.

Key Learning

Constraints sharpen ideas. A zero-budget brief forces you to find the one thing that matters most and execute it perfectly. The result is often more powerful than anything you could buy.
