In-House Design · 2019–2020
At Bleacher Report, I was embedded in the creative services department working across everything that touched the brand externally — sales presentations, nationally televised motion graphics, partnership materials, and event production.
A big part of the role was working closely with the sales team to build presentations that drove revenue and locked in Fortune 500 partners. The pace was relentless and the scope covered everything from influencer merchandise to large-scale fan experiences.
It was the kind of in-house design role that sharpens you fast. You learn to move quickly, maintain quality, and build things that hold up on a national stage.
Outcome
Shaped all marketing and partnership materials for one of digital sports media's most recognized brands

Key Learning
An in-house design team at its best is a creative partner, not a service department. The best work happens when design has a seat at the table before the brief is written.
